Chateau D' J Amor wants to offer the best and comfortable stay for their guests in Bohol. Our house rules are made for the safety and comfort of our guests. For guests who've set a booking date, please wait for confirmation within 24-48 hours or you may contact Lilett & Bert Gacera at +639464231888 or +639273842617. You will receive a Rental Agreement Form with the full details of our House Rules. Please read the document word for word.
A signed agreement means that our client have read, understood, and agreed on all the terms written in the document.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house (including the bedroom and toilet). When smoking outside, kindly use ashtray and keep the surroundings clean, please refrain from throwing cigarette butt anywhere you please.
Only verified guests are allowed to sleep in the Chateau. If the guest is planning to invite a friend over for a visit, please inform us or one of our staff ahead of time before doing so. Those who are not included in the guest list is not allowed to stay or sleep overnight in the Chateau. Only a maximum of 4 unverified guests are allowed to visit.
- Accidents, Injuries, or Illnesses
Chateau D' J Amor will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses incurred within the premises. At the event of any injuries and illnesses, we have First Aid Kits available for our guests.
- Personal Belongings
Chateau D' J Amore will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
- Use of Appliances & Facilities
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Please ask the in-house staff for instructions on how to use certain appliances.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
You are only allowed to park 3 vehicles only on the concrete driveway. Please keep off the grass.
Housekeeping service is provided on a daily basis. While linens and bath towels are included, we suggest that you bring personal beach towels as we do not allow towels or linens to be taken out of the units. Please inform the in-house staff for any additional requests. Linens will be changed every week for longer staying clients. Towels will be changed every 3 days or by request. Comforters are available upon request only.
- Wifi Use
Wifi will be available but is limited only to 4 gadgets ( if renting 1 room ) or 8 gadgets ( if renting 2 rooms). Wifi password will be personally input by the in-house staff. Additional gadget will be charged for ₱50/day. Please be known that the location of the house has weaker signal as we are only using wireless internet.
You will be provided keys to the gate and house during your stay at the Chateau. In case of loss, you will be charged ₱250 for the lost gate key, ₱500 for the lost bedroom key, and ₱2,000 for losing the main door (since this requires change of locks too).
- Air conditioning
Please turn-off the AC while you are away. Let us conserve energy.
- Garbage Removal & Disposal
We have trashcans provided for each bedroom, bathroom, kitchens and terrace. We have two garbage bins provided at your disposal. Please ask our in-house staff for help if you need any assistance.
- Emptying the refrigerator
Please make sure to bring all of your goods with you before checking out (do not leave your purchases before you go). The refrigerator may not be empty during your stay but you will have a designated area where you can place your supplies. Please do not touch or take away any of our supplies unless you ask.
We have an in-house staff staying in Chateau D' J Amor staff room to ensure cleanliness and order inside the premises. Caretakers available have access to the house except your bedrooms. Guests shall allow the Chateau host access to the property (for purposes of repair and inspection). The host shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
Room rates: To be discussed. Rates may change depending on the season.
Deposit: A deposit of ₱5000 is required 7 days prior to the Check-In Date.The deposit made is for security and shall be refunded within 3 days of the checkout date provided no deductions are made due to:
- Damage to the property or furnishings;
dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
- Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
50 % if cancelled 3 days prior to the check-in date
75 % if cancelled 1 day prior to the check-in date
In the event of inclement weather or calamity, no refunds will be given unless:
- The province or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm Warning area" and/or
- A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the “Tropical Storm Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
- The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
- Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Storm Warning is lifted; and
- Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Storm Warning" period.
